  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Custom-made or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Used items or those showing wear
  • Opened cleaning or maintenance products (e.g., Slick Products)
  • Affiliate products purchased through third-party links (Amazon, Slick Products, etc.)

Please note: Some products on our site are sold via affiliate links through trusted partners like Amazon or Slick Products. These items are not fulfilled or shipped by Kamikaze Uncharted.

Kamikaze Uncharted cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for affiliate product purchases.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, weโ€™ll notify you via email.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • If eligible, we can provide a return shipping label upon request and deduct the cost from your refund.
