At Kamikaze Uncharted, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, weโre here to help.
โ Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Custom-made or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

- Downloadable digital products
- Used items or those showing wear
- Opened cleaning or maintenance products (e.g., Slick Products)
- Affiliate products purchased through third-party links (Amazon, Slick Products, etc.)
๐ Affiliate Product Returns
Please note: Some products on our site are sold via affiliate links through trusted partners like Amazon or Slick Products. These items are not fulfilled or shipped by Kamikaze Uncharted.
๐ If you purchased a product through an external link, it must be returned or exchanged directly through the retailer where you made the purchase. Please refer to that retailerโs return and exchange policy.
Kamikaze Uncharted cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for affiliate product purchases.
๐ฐ Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, weโll notify you via email.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
๐ฆ Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- If eligible, we can provide a return shipping label upon request and deduct the cost from your refund.
