🛠️ Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure:
- Your item was delivered within the last 30 days
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The item is not final sale, custom, or clearance
🔁 What You Can Return or Exchange
✅ Apparel (unworn, unwashed)
✅ Accessories (unused)
✅ Defective or damaged items (photo proof required)
🚫 Not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Affiliate products (purchased through Amazon, Slick Products, or other third-party retailers)
🔗 Affiliate Product Returns
IMPORTANT:
If you purchased an item through a third-party link (such as Amazon or another brand we partner with), it is considered an affiliate product.
📦 These products must be returned or exchanged directly through the retailer where you made the purchase. We do not handle returns for affiliate items. Please refer to the return policy on the website where the order was placed.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed.
🔄 Exchanges
- Need a different size, color, or style? Let us know in the form.
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original back.
